Mark Nicholls has extensive experience as a travel writer with a particular interest in India, south-east Asian and the Middle East. He is a member of the International Travel Writers’ Alliance and recent assignments have seen him reporting from the Cayman Islands, Ontario, Arizona and Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and New Delhi in India, as well as Crete, Austria,Italy and Switzerland. He won a British Travel Press Awards’ feature writer of the year award in 2012 and as short-listed for his work in 2013.
